Şerif Mehmet ZENGİN
Born in Manisa in 1983. He did his primary - middle and high school education in Manisa.
Then, respectively; Graduated from Office Management and Executive Assistant - Public Administration - Health Institutions Administration.
After several private sector studies, Dr. Siyami Ersek was appointed as a Health Officer (Medical Secretary) at the Chest Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital and has begun to refer to the public. In 2007, she continued her duty at Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital. In 2015, he was appointed as Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Services at Üsküdar State Hospital. As of July 2017, he was appointed as the Manager of Administrative and Financial Services for Bakırköy Mazhar Osman Mental and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital. He also served as Deputy Director of Bakırköy Mazhar Osman Psychiatry and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital Health Care Services Manager - Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Services at Lepra Leather and Venereal Diseases Hospital - Deputy Director of Health Care Services at Lepra Skin and Venereal Diseases Hospital. He was appointed as the Support Services and Quality Manager for the Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in December 2017 and he is still in this position.
