The Medical Microbiology Laboratory provides routine and urgent laboratory services for the patients who are examined and treated in our hospitals and polyclinics.
In our laboratory;

• Molecular Diagnosis
• Hemogram Tests are performed.
The daily test of our laboratory is about 3000 tests. The tests are started with internal controls and also belong to our laboratory for external quality control programs such as CAP (USA), NEQAS (UK). All of our equipment is maintained daily, weekly and monthly by laboratory staff and technical service departments.
Culture, bacterial identification and antibiotic susceptibility tests, which are the most intensive studies of the microbiology laboratory, are made according to the international standards and automated methods as well as manual methods are used. The interpretation of antibiotic susceptibility tests is based on the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST).
All services carried out in the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory are carried out by 1 Administrative Responsible, 5 Expert, 8 assistant, 10 laboratory technician, 1 secretary and 1 assistant servant.
