Training needs analysis is carried out by Training Coordinators in all areas to determine the titles of the trainings to be implemented during the year.

Training requests are made while the Ministry of Health and Health Directorate requests training; Measurement of occupational information of employees according to the patient profile in the departments, questionnaire that expresses their needs and wishes applied to the employees, nurse application mistakes most frequently encountered in the departments, patient satisfaction surveys, interviews with the responsible nurses.

As a result of the analysis, the needs of the people, the needs of the clinics and the common training needs of the nursing services departments are determined. A report on the results is prepared.

After the training needs analysis is done, the training co-ordinator will create a training schedule for the trainings to be implemented from October to July of that year and present it for the approval of the Health Care Services Manager.

The training calendar includes training programs scheduled for that year, date-time information, instructors and, in addition, the contents of the programs.

The announcement of the approved training calendar is made to all employees through internal correspondence.
